Protect your MatMire Makes Bat prints with this premium box designed specifically for these models. The bat fits comfortably in the box with its wings folded, and the tabs allow for easy tie down points with rubber bands or twist ties or anything else you'd like. The rubber bands I use are the same recommended for use with the original bat itself.

Print Settings

This prints great with normal settings. Assuming good bed adhesion, you won't need brims or rafts. I print on plate with nothing extra.

I do add a little support under the moon cutouts (or specify at 10-15 degree threshold for auto generated supports). You don't need supports on the tops of the wings, or possibly the bridges across the tabs on the bottom if you are confident in your settings. I have printed with and without supports there and they've worked well.

These are scaled for a 100% print of the bat model. You can scale them with your prints as well. The number of tabs and holes in each piece allow for multiple options when securing your bat print no matter the size.

0.2mm layers, 60mm/s, 10% infill.
